I wanted to express to you my heartfelt thanks for all that you and your
staff have done for me culminating in my adoption of Daniel. The placement
occurred almost 6 months to the day from my first enquiry e-mail to you and
about 5 months from you having all my documentation. I know that adoption
agencies have no shortage of "traditional" and "paper/profile perfect"
families to choose from and don't really have any need to look this far into
the barrel of candidates. I know that adoption agencies can charge huge
sums of money for their services because that is what the current market
bears and I know that this is often upfront with zero guarantees of
anything. From day one you were willing to look beyond my shortcomings and
be an advocate for a placement for me on extremely reasonable terms given
the current adoption climate and for that you will always have my eternal
